Andrew Samuel MSc MRICS
Director

Andrew Samuel has lived and worked in East Sussex since 1996. Starting his career with Strutt & Parker in Lewes he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1998 and moved to Charles Clark & Co, Heathfield, in 1999 for a six year spell before becoming a founder member of Samuel & Son. In 2016, Andrew became a Director of Hunter Coster Estate Agents. He has an Agricultural Honours Degree from Newcastle-upon-Tyne University, a Master of Science Degree from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, in Rural Estate Management and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Andrew sits on the Wealden District Council Planning Panel.

Michelle Samuel MSc Office Manager

Having moved to Sussex with Andrew in 1996, Michelle had a long spell with the NFU in Lewes, eventually managing this office and its move to Uckfield in 2003.  After studying Business Studies at Staffordshire University she then completed a Master of Science Degree in Business Management in Agricultural Food Marketing at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester.   Michelle is actively involved in the day to day running of the business.

Carol Corver Lettings Manager 

Carol has been an integral part of the business for many years, initially when the company was 'Costers'. Carol understands and knows our clients needs.
